1. Cleanse skin and prepare with toner or serum as usual.
2. Open the pouch and remove the film from the bottom half of the mask.
3. Align the bottom mask with your mouth and chin, then attach.
4. Remove the film from the top half and align it with your eyes, then attach.
5. Leave on overnight, or for at least 3 hours during the day, until the mask turns transparent.
6. Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin; no rinsing required.
