1. Cleanse your face and complete your usual skincare routine with toner or serum.
2. Open the pouch and remove the protective film from the bottom half of the hydrogel mask. Align it around your mouth and chin, then gently attach it to the skin.
3. Remove the film from the top half and align the mask around your eyes and forehead. Leave on overnight, or for approximately 3–4 hours during the day, until the hydrogel becomes transparent.
4. Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin. No rinsing is required.
