1. Cleanse your face and complete your usual skincare routine.
2. Remove the protective films from the hydrogel mask and gently place the mask onto the face, adjusting it around the eyes, nose and mouth for a close fit.
3. Leave the mask on for at least 3 hours or overnight.
4. As the hydrogel becomes transparent, gently remove the mask and pat any remaining essence into the skin. No rinsing is required.
