1. Cleanse your face and prepare the skin with toner or your usual skincare products.
2. Open one pouch and remove the protective film from the bottom half of the hydrogel mask. Align the bottom section around your mouth and chin, then gently attach it to the skin.
3. Remove the film from the top half and align the mask around your eyes and forehead. Leave the mask on overnight or for approximately 3–4 hours during the day until it becomes transparent.
4. Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin. No rinsing is required.
